Brighten up your day with an Acai bowl





Acai bowls are extremely high in antioxidants, great for the digestive system, high in potassium, calcium, vitamin A and very high in fibre. Acai is known as the wonderberry of the Amazon. It is rich in flavour with hints of blackberry and some taste hints of chocolate. Its extremely high in calcium, in fact its one of the highest sources of plant-based calcium which contributes to the normal functioning of digestive enzymes. It's also high in vitamin A and potassium which contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Recipe:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberriees
1 tablespoon of agarve -nectar syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
1 heaped scoop raw sport  berry flavour protein (vegan protein powder)

BLEND.

The vegan protein powder adds plant power and probiotic boost.

For the granola on top:
50g Hazlenuts
60g almonds
40g pumpkin seeds
40g sunflower seeds
20g chia seeds
15g hempseeds
20g coconut chips
5g cacao powder
5g maca powder
1 tbsp mulberries
BNUTZ cacao and hazlenut butter or some may prefer to use BNUTZ espresso nut butter

Preheat the oven to 190c
Toast the nuts and seeds very lightly until slightly brown, approximatly 7minutes. Add everything lose except the BNUTZ butter.
Toast again for 5 minutes
Add BNUTZ butter.
place back in the oven for a couple of mins, keep mixing (warning, the recipe can be easy to burn!)

Strawberry and white chocolate cookies with BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter.

Celebrate with...B’s Strawberry and white chocolate chip cookies with BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter 🍓😋
Soft, chewy and moist indulgent sweet treat. Cholesterol buster with both BNUTZ and buckwheat combined! 
INGREDIENTS:
•128g light colored buckwheat flour or (ground buckwheat groats)
64g cup coconut sugar
75g cup melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons water
1tbsp BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vitamin C 
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
75g cup vegan chocolate chips 
Method: 
•Preheat the oven to 190c
•line a baking tray with parchment paper 
•In a large bowl, stir together the buckwheat flour,coconut sugar,oil,water,vanilla,salt, and vitamin C. 
•Then add the vinegar, with reacts with the vitamin C in order to make the mixture rise. 
•Fold in the white chocolate chips, the use a large tablespoon to scoop the dough into approximately 12mounds, spaces evenly apart on the baking tray. 
•Flattern each cookie with a fork. Pop in the oven for 10mins at 190c 

Enjoy these indulgent treats without the guilt!

Cherry and BNUTZ espresso nut butter scones.


Cherry scones 🍒 with BNUTZ Espresso nut butter 🥄. Cherry’s are high in antioxidants which help fight free radicals. Keeping diseases at bay! This guilt free treat is best taken as a dessert, the melatonin in cherries will help aid a healthier sleep. •Ingredients: 
450g spelt flour
1 tsp vitamin C
100g vegan margarine (I use earth balance) 
2 tbsp coconut sugar 
290ml oat milk 
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon BNUTZ espresso nut butter
100g fresh cherries chopped
cherry or strawberry jam, to serve

Method: 
> Preheat the oven to 190c, prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. 
>In a large bowl mix together 450g spelt flour, sugar and vitamin C.
> Add the vegan margarine, oat milk, BNUTZ butter and vanilla extract. I use my hands to knead the mixture. 
>place the dough on a well floured surfaced. Add in the cherries to the dough as you knead. 
>cut into 9 circular scone shapes, I used a utensil for this to ensure each one was symmetrical.
>bake for 15 minutes. 

Enjoy with a cup of coffee, or take them to work to share them out.

Fruit and nut granola bars.




For those mornings you just don't have time to make breakfast, for that quick snack or afternoon pick me up. These fulfilling and refueling granola bars are great for any occasion. 

All you need: 

-250g jumbo oats 
-6tbsp dried fruit
-4large tbsp agarve syrup
-50g nuts
-2tbsp Vanilla and macadamia nut butter or Espresso nut butter 
-50gbutter
-1mashed banana 

•Method
-Heat the oven 160c,grease and like a 20cm square tin with baking parchment. 
-Heat the butter, BNUTZ butter,agarve syrup until melted. 
-Add 1 banana and 100ml hot water.MIX. 
-Pour the oats,dried fruit,seeds into a large bowl.
-Pour in the wet mix and stir everything together until it is all coated. Bake for 55minutes. 
-Cut, serve and ENJOY.
