Celebrate with...B’s Strawberry and white chocolate chip cookies with BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter 🍓😋Soft, chewy and moist indulgent sweet treat. Cholesterol buster with both BNUTZ and buckwheat combined!
INGREDIENTS:
•128g light colored buckwheat flour or (ground buckwheat groats)
64g cup coconut sugar
75g cup melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons water
1tbsp BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vitamin C
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
75g cup vegan chocolate chips
Method:
•Preheat the oven to 190c
•line a baking tray with parchment paper
•In a large bowl, stir together the buckwheat flour,coconut sugar,oil,water,vanilla,salt, and vitamin C.
•Then add the vinegar, with reacts with the vitamin C in order to make the mixture rise.
•Fold in the white chocolate chips, the use a large tablespoon to scoop the dough into approximately 12mounds, spaces evenly apart on the baking tray.
•Flattern each cookie with a fork. Pop in the oven for 10mins at 190c
