Antioxidant SUPERFOOD.
(Matcha bites..Recipe Below)

Tired of being exhausted?
Stressed?
0verthinking?
Is Psychological Balance and Fatigue an issue?
Do you suffer with poor quality sleep?
ADHD?
If YES, you should give Matcha a try :)
Its worked miracles for myself and many others.
Matcha provides a long and steady energy boost for around 3-5hours. Its very important to do your research into which matcha powder to purchase, there are now lots of options and you need to be sure you are getting the best quality in order to reap the benefits.
  • Koyu Matcha is up to 137 times the antioxidants of regular tea bag!
  • Boosts immunity and regulates blood sugar levels.
  • Improve your cognitive functioning
  • Leaves you feeling relaxed and positive.
The part I love about Matcha is that is high in L'theanine.
L'theanine is an amino acid that naturally occurs in green tea. It has been shown to possess anti-stress, anti-depressant, neuroprotective and cognitive performance enhancing(increasing alpha brain wave activity).
The great news is that L'theanine works very quickly, it is absorbed into the body very quickly and reaches maximum concentration within 30minutes.
Alpha waves are generated during a relaxed, attentive mental state. Another amazing factor about L'theanine is that it has been scientifically proven to promote relaxation without symptoms of drowsiness.
Depending on what you how you are feeling, matcha comes in different grades. An overall guide would be; The better your overall diet and health, the higher grade you should go.

GREEN: recommended for those who are trying to loose weight as it boosts your metabolism, stop cravings, boost energy levels and reducing fluid retention. Perfect for those who are recovering from an illness or are overweight.

RED matcha: Smooth and mild blend, which has 50% more L'theanine. This means its extra calming, relaxing has great effects for cognitive functioning. It also is effective with promoting better sleep, raising mood, improves skin, boosts immunity and is a great detox.

Mellow YELLOW matcha: Extremely smooth and mellow matcha tea. This grade is particularly good for those who suffer from severe anxiety and depression as it has 80% extra L'Theanine. This is also very effective for hormone levels.

Matcha can be taken internally and externally (for skin).
FOr a great facial, mix the matcha poweder with avocado oil and other essential oils for a detoxing face mask. Its excellent for the skin due to the anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory action of its antioxidants.

Matcha can be added as an additional ingredient to food or blended into smoothies. Add BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter for a very indulgent and creamy smoothie.
