Hangover Essentials
Best weekend Celebrating my good friend's hen do! She is enjoying her last days with her maiden name and there is no shame. From penis cupcakes, strippers to everlasting refills of prosecco all day, the weekend has left me feeling like I have done a serious ab workout.
The hangover has set in and all I want to do is indulge in more of those heavy icing cupcakes with pizza, why is my body cravng these foods?
Here's how to reset your body and cure your hangover...
1. MILK THISTLE

Escter-C has been shown to inhibit viral replication and may reduce the severity of a common cold. this will also help relive your sugar cravings you may currently be experiencing, as I know I am. This is because, insulin is known to facilitate the transport of vitiamin C into cells, and so people with blood sugar control problems suffer from deficient intracellular ascorbate levels.
4. I ensure to nip the binge eating cravings in the bud in the morning. Follow these food and you will satisfy yourself in no time, not only that youll feel better after eating them not worse.
PRO-BIOTICS are my best friend! I take UDO's choice as with my experience of trialling different brands I have got on best with these. they contain 8 microbiological strains so you know your feeding your gut the correct strains, I usually take a digestive enzyme just before I eat breakfast and then take the pro-biotic around 20 minutes after eating. This procedure will ensure them to work effectively.
Kefir, Biomel and fermented saukrawet (Laurries) are all high in pro-biotics. I usually whiz up a breakfast with these ingredients with scrambled tofu, whilst sipping on a Kombucha.
5. MY FEET KILL!
heals look great but the day after when the numbness the alcohol put you in wears of the pain hits, we danced all night and I cant believe it as this pain is awful. Pop a magnesium (I use viridian, as they're great, no added bulking agents in the capsule) Get that spark of life. It reduces cramps and muscle spasms.
