Good and bad fats.

Some people avoid nuts due to the high fat content! ALTHOUGH, what they don’t realise is that nuts can help massively with lowering blood cholesterol levels and may also help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndromeπŸ’š.

.

πŸ’™Now with the winter drawing in- which means shorter days, the onset of SAD will start to loom -this now means a lot of people will be struggling with mood😌. 🌰Well... nuts are one of the best sources of melatonin (the sleep hormone).

.

Heart health: nuts have been linked to heart health for a long time, largely thanks to their cholesterol and triglyceride-lowering potential, which helps to prevent the build up of fatty plaques on the inside of blood vessels❤.
.

These plaques can result from a diet high in saturated fat and reduce the flexibility and flow through blood vessels️. The result is an increase in blood pressure and possible heart attacks, strokes and vascular dementia if not treated😬

πŸ‘‰πŸ»So basically grab a jar of BNUTZ and reap the benifits- full of healthy fats, fibre, antioxidants and essential vitamins and mineralsπŸ’«.
