🍜For the noodles: fry or griddle one sliced boy Choi
until charred. 🥣In a separate pan, fry of one sliced
red onion, 8 sliced chestnut mushrooms in coconut oil for 5mins. Then add one
sliced courgette for 5mins. Add 1-inch piece of ginger, 2tbsp Tamari soy sauce.
🥙Toss with two portions of cooked
noodles and 160g edamame beans.

Drizzle with BNUTZ-
🙌🏻Add 2 tbsp BNUTZ spicy chilli and lime nut
butter, 4tbsp cashew milk, 2tbsp lime juice🍈, 1tsp miso, 1 tsp
sriracha🌶, a sprinkle of cashews, sesame seeds
and fresh coriander 🌱
