Papaya smoothie bowls
BREAKFAST GOALS: Papaya smoothie bowls with a dollop of BNUTZ. Keeping the immune system fighting fit💫. ~Papaya is really high in vit C, A, folate, magnesium and potassium. It’s great for reducing aches and pains and regulating the menstrual cycle 🙆🏽♀️. This is due to the the nutrient choline found in papaya- choline helps maintain the structure of cellular membranes, aids transmission of nerve impulses and reduces inflammation.
- Not only this: Papaya contains an antioxidant called zeaxanthin which filters out harmful blue rays. Effectively, it plays a protective role in maintains eye health and can keep eye degeneration at bay! 👁
- Another great value is that papaya is high in enzymes called papain which aids digestion-this bowl at the beginning of the day will keep a healthy digestive tract for the day ahead. Lastly, being high in vitamin A provides great support for hair health-Vitamin A is necessary for the growth of all bodily tissues. 450g Almond milk
250g frozen sliced papaya
40g macadamia nuts
2 tablespoons BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter
25g porridge oats
2 tablespoons agave syrup
