Banana and Blueberry Smoothie.

- 1 cup frozen blueberries.
- 1 whole coconut
- 1/2 peeled banana.
- 1/2 – 1 cup purified water, depending on how you like the texture of your smoothie.
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed.
Method:
crack open the coconut, here at BNUTZ we don't believe in waste so please use all the coconut including the flesh! :). Add the blueberries, banna and the rest to a blender. whiz it up and enjoy :) close your eyes and count your blessings first thing in the morning.
